TO POST THE JOB:

  3. Determine Project Scope: Define the project requirements, including key milestones and deliverables.

  4. Set Project Budget: Decide whether you'll pay on a flat rate which is usually based on an hourly rate or a fixed price.

  5. Job Post: Job description should provides enough information for freelancers to understand the project requirements.

  6. Post: Click on "Post Your Job" to publish your job post and start receiving responses from freelancers.

    TO MAINTAIN THE JOB:

  7. Respond to Applications: Responses are only 200 words, making it easy to read, review, message, and hire all in one place.

  8. Select Freelancer: Choose the freelancer, the system sends them and email, they get an email and accept the job.

  9. Work Gets Done: The systems opens up to allow for messaging and sharing information.

  10. Manage Project: Work closely with the freelancer providing necessary guidance and feedback.

  11. Complete: Once the job is done, select COMPLTE and the freelancer will automatically get paid within 24 business hours.
